These terms apply when you order school uniforms through Skooltag's WhatsApp bot and web shop, operated by Garunaa Enterprises Private Limited ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & pricing

• Prices shown at checkout are final at the time of order. Stock and pricing can change between visits, so always check the current price before completing your order.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable after ordering, with a full refund for that item.

Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery/at Store, and Online Payment via our payment partners.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay/Paytm — we never see or store your card or bank details.

Delivery & pickup

• Choose Home Delivery or Store Pickup at checkout. For pickup orders, bring your pickup confirmation (sent via WhatsApp) when collecting your order.
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — we'll let you know if there's a significant delay.

Returns & exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged for a wrong size or a defect — contact us via WhatsApp within a reasonable time of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

Limitation of liability

We aim to fulfil every order accurately, but we're not liable for indirect losses arising from delays or errors beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Delhi having jurisdiction over any dispute.
